Welcome to "my" little part of the World Wide Web. As you can see above I am a As you can see above I am a HAM RADIO operator. I got into Amateur Radio in 1990, with the help of a couple of local hams, Jim VE9DH (brother-in-law) and Andy VE9DX. These two guys initiated me into  contesting with the world class CQWW SSB Mult/Single Team of VE1ASJ, which then moved to VE9DH and went Muli/Multi, setting yet more records. The team now goes by the call VY2SS and operates from Prince Edward Island. Under all three calls the team set new Canadian Records in CQWW SSB and CW. 

I also enjoy  Radio Teletype (RTTY), and try to get on for as many contests as time will allow (now using the call VE9TTY). A group of us recently operated from VY2SS as Multi/Single in CQWW RTTY, and finished 1'st in the world 1999.

 My local Club is the Loyalist City Amateur Radio Club, and we get it on the air every now and then using the callsign VE9LC, if you hear us on the air, stop by and say hello!
